We offer standard and express post. We will always try to keep the freight cost affordable.
Goods will be sent through Australia Post.
Goods will be dispatched within 3 business days from date of order.
If for any reason we are unable to supply your order in this time we will contact you by email.


Returns or Faulty Goods
Oh no beautiful….  If you are here you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
We are here to help and want our Lady Boheme Sisterhood to be happy, so read below on how to return your items for a store credit or refund for faulty or damaged items. Sorry at this stage we do not offer exchanges.
How to return steps…

Lady Boheme has a ‘hassle free’ return policy. If you do not like the product we are happy to credit your store account as long as you return it within 14 days of dispatch (In these situations please remember you are responsible for the return freight cost).

All items must be returned un-used, un-worn and in original packaging with your return form enclosed.

Any goods received which you find faulty, damaged or not as ordered must be reported to us upon receipt of your item via email sisterhood@ladyboheme.com.au (include a photo or two if possible.)
We will determine if the goods are faulty and if so arrange the return freight cost. A refund will be given in this instance including any original freight charges.

We will not accept goods returned COD.
